Customer Service Representative – St. Joseph, Michigan¡¯s
I have worked at ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ¡¯sfor 19 years. I have been in customer service my entire time. Before coming to ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ, I was a project manager for a software company.
I love¡¯sworking with my customers and coworkers. I like when we can work together to figure out better ways to do our job. I also like learning new software and helping the team use it efficiently.
A fun fact about me is¡¯sI ran my first half marathon last year.
I have been married¡¯sto my husband Scott for 33 years and we have three children. My son Jameson married his wife Nicole last year and they moved from Chicago to Saint Joseph a month ago. We love having them so close. My daughter Haley lives in Chicago and is a nanny. My daughter Kelly is currently living in San Diego and is a travel nurse in the neonatal department.
When I’m not at work,¡¯sI like to run, garden, refinish furniture and spend time with my family. I am the youngest of six children and we like to work together on remodeling houses.
I give back to my community by¡¯svolunteering at Birthright. I have been a volunteer for 18 years. It is a pregnancy counseling center. I am also their treasurer and on their board of directors.
My favorite memories from working at ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ¡¯sare the friends I have made. There are great people here and I am lucky to call so many of them friends. I am inspired by how the people I work with rally together whenever anyone needs help.
